Lost Conversions between FF, ClickDealer & ZeroPark

Hello amazing people,

This is my campaign details:

1 - Gambling offer from Clickdealer
2 - ZeroPark is the Traffic Source
3 - FunnelFlux is the tracker.

ZeroPark and FunnelFlux show that I have got 3 conversions for the gambling offer while Clickdealer show none. Please note thet I have a global postback URL in clickdealer and I do receive conversions for other offers from Clickdealer.

I reached out to my AM but she does not know why, she has reached out to the publisher (offer's owner) and has said he has not got any conversions from me.

I am attaching herewith my screenshots.

My global postbackURL looks like: http:// MyWebsiteName.com/tracking/conversions/postback.php?flux_payout=#price#&flux_txid=#tid#&f lux_hid=#s2#

Can someone please let me know why is this happening and how I can avoid such issue in the future?

Please note that I am an absulte begainner while you are replyig to me

Thanks alot, appreciated.
Zidan

Heya,

If FunnelFlux and Zeropark are both showing conversions and align, it means the FunnelFlux postback was fired successfully and FunnelFlux passed the message onward to Zeropark.

If Clickdealer's system however does not show any conversions, there are a few possibilities:

1. You're looking at different date ranges (unlikely), ensure you're looking at e.g. the entire month, have show duplicates on and so on.

2. Clickdealer's system has an issue/bug that is preventing some data from showing

3. The postback was fired mistakingly by someone or something and those hits didn't actually convert. Assuming you just set the postback in the CAKE system that Clickdealer uses, the only explanation would then be that someone tested firing of your postback with a handful of random hit IDs.

Its a bit odd but the critical question is: did any conversions actually happen? If they did, then the Clickdealer reporting has an issue. If they didn't something fired these tracking events erroneously.

I see Revenue = 0 from your screenshot. Is that what it should be ?

Pretty much the scenarios are the ones that Zeno listed above, but I would also add:

1. Your offer includes some other action other than the actual conversion. For example, some networks/offers have the possibility to fire your postback on multiple actions, signups and then the actual conversion (which may be a sale or deposit or a second action), and maybe your postback is firing on the signups but clickdealer is not showing them as conversions because they are not conversions.

2. Tracking problem between ClickDealer and Advertiser

3. Just a delay in ClickDealer's reporting

Anyway I would suggest to contact Funnel Flux support and give them the hit-ids that caused this. I think they will be able to give you some more insights about what happened.
