I think that propeller has the highest volume in pops, it's not really a dsp thought, so not sure if it's what you are looking for.

Zeropark has large volumes too, lots of new adult traffic to find there lately too ... but there is also a lot of bad pubs in the mix, so pay attention to the placements.

Have you also tried all the "classic" networks like popads, popcash, adcash ... ?

We have not found the ability to get big volumes from just one source. For example targeting only mobile in Germany does not produce a huge budget blowing spend out of the box on ZeroPark, PopCash, etc. This is with high bids as well...

Hey man,
If you need a big traffic source you can talk to us, we work with direct publishers only, the traffic is mobile web though, we don't do In-app.
But what type of offers are you looking to run? not all traffic sources match all offers. We work for instance with file sharing sites, streaming sites and so on. Certain offers really explode and some don't really take off
