I am doing IM since 5 years ago. I've joined several CPA / CPI networks to date.
Now I do my CPI offer and my stats as follows:
Website Traffic: organic
niche: evergreen
method: website -> article -> content locker -> CPI / CPA offer
Until now I still use shared hosting.
Recently I did landing page optimization and managed to add a bit of conversion.
I also tried Bing ads. Here I try several campaigns, compare desktop vs mobile traffic, tried thousands of keywords, tried different geo, but have not succeeded in increasing conversions.
With bing ads i get lots of keywords with low cpc for certain geo.
Now I am still trying to optimize my LP and try different angle for local geo offer.
What should I do to get more visitors and improve conversions? 
First question: how many offers have you tested?
You're clearly getting a pretty low payout on those conversions, so if you can find a similar offer that converts as well but pays out more, for example, that's the quickest way to boost profits.
Overall, I'd suggest split-testing a lot of offers as top priority: find out what converts the best!
