EPOCH is a trusted name, and so is CCBILL in the same that I know off, there might be others that are better though

Epoch and Ccbill are still the most used in adult, but usually for info/digital products ... not sure if it's a good option for physical ones. They charge quite high fees too. I think merchant account is the way to go in this case.

You need to get these from a bank or an authorized agent... you can start with your own bank, tell them you want to accept CC payments on your site and sell products.
