"Problem Retrieving Statistics" (5)
Can anyone shed light on this FB message I'm getting?
"Facebook is experiencing a problem retrieving statistics for your campaigns. This does not affect the delivery of your ads. Try again later, or contact support if this issues remains."
I've had this error message come up before and it went away around an hour later.
It's been 12 hours for me, and only one account. Grrrr . . .
I've still got the error. After two emails to support, I get the following (totally stupid) response:
"I’ve reviewed your account and can see that your ads are currently active and running on the site. If you don't see your ad as you browse Facebook it doesn't mean your ad isn't running. Even when you or your friends are included in the demographic you're targeting with your ad, you may not see it, depending on what ads are currently competing to show. As long as you're receiving clicks and impressions, viewable within the Ads Manager, you can be sure that your ad is running on the site."
No stupid, I can't get to my ads to modify them.
UPDATE: Finally got the account working again.
