That depends on what you need it to do.
What sort of lists are you planning to run? Do you want to do heavy programmatic stuff or more "old-school" mailing? And at what sort of scale?

I love those short questions... it's like saying, "What's the best traffic source?" hehe.
Nothing wrong with a short question - my rule on STM is always "there's no such thing as a silly question".
But this one (and "what's the best traffic source") are definitely in the category where more information would help in order for us to give the best recommendation.
Ive used a ton myself from getresponse, Markethero, sendinblue, aweber, mailchimp etc... currently with MH but im always looking for a better one with solid inboxing and rules
