I thought that the passphrase might be the ticket number, but apparently not.

What is, or where can I find the pasphrase for the AWA app?

Hey ultramax! You don't need a passcode to unlock the app.

As per AWAsia's insta feed -

Although it asks you for one on the login page, you can just ignore it.
