We’re planning to open a company in Singapore for dropshiping business and I’m looking for a consulting / good lawyer to help us with organization business there. Just thought maybe somebody could help / recommend a lawyer for such type of business? Obviously that's not easy question so we're ready to pay for the consultation.

Any reason why Singapore specifically? You’ll have to pay to appoint a director, fly over to open a bank account etc. Most the banks don’t provide usd cards either (at least OCBC doesn’t), plus is not tax free vs HK...

Basically there are two main reasons:
- Stripe works there
- There are privileges for a new registered company with taxes - for earnings up to $300k tax rate is just 5,7% for the first 3 years. Afterwards it will be 17%, so it's less than in EU and USA.
You’ll have to pay to appoint a director, fly over to open a bank account
- you need to fly over to open a bank account almost in any county (USA or Europe), correct? It seems more profitable to have less taxes and pay to appoint a director & fly a couple times there.
Also we're considering HK as well but it takes almost two month to open company & bank account there instead of two weeks in Singapore.
I understand, Singapore is not perfect, but do you know other country with Stripe support and low tax rate?

Malta is in the EU and it has low corporate tax. No own experience for how difficult it is to get yourself setup there, but it's a popular EU country for business setups.

Thanks for the recommendation, will check it. But as I see Stripe doesn't work there and it's one of our criteria.

Oh wow, I actually had no idea. Seemed so obvious that it just works anywhere in the EU. My bad!
