Hi, I had a number of conversions that came through in Euro's so they were recorded as $2 as they were for 2 euros instead of the actual dollar amount. Is there any way to update them to give me a better idea of which placements/devices were actually profitable?

there is no way to update existing conversions. You can only use Conversion Upload and add the new conversion with the total Payout. You can find this feature in Settings -> Conversion Upload.
If you want to add revenue to already converted click id you need to set it up in "Conversion upload" with different transaction id and additional revenue
