Hi, currently I'm facing a problem that is where or how could I find the web master/marketeer effectively ? we wanna find some webs which could work on cpm basis for mobile end, and support online API , could anyone give me some suggestions ? appreciate a lot for your replying!!!

do u have any idea of where I could find nice mobile web? llike similar web or Alexa... but how could I find them seems a little difficult , I search through many ways... webmaster seems difficult for me to find
Many also have some kind of "contact me" link, usually in the footer. Whois helps a lot too, even with privacy protection, you can still send and email and the privacy service will forward the email to the registrar contact.

Actually we are buying traffic to our SSP which support open RTB, we have a DSP and ADX , so currently need mobile web traffic & in-app traffic. could u help me with my email ?
