Adding FB social context by post ID

Hi,

I heard that pages with some social context (likes, comments, shares) tend to get lower CPC and scale up much easier and faster. You can add to your site/lander social context of a specific post id, meaning you will control which post comments will be shown on the page you are promoting.

For example, I am promoting page X with 50 Ads, 1 specific Ad has the most positive comments and I will like to add only that to Page X.
Does anyone have experience with it/know how it can be done? ( and no, I don't mean fake comments )

Cheers,
Kinan

Just to confirm - do you mean adding the social context of an ad to an off-Facebook page, like a lander or similar?

That's definitely doable, but would require some coding - you'd use the Facebook API's social context elements: https://developers.facebook.com/docs...ocial-context/

I don’t think it’s possible to do this, comments are specific to each individual website page the comments plugin is installed in. Facebook post comments and page comments are separate... at least I believe so

I think perhaps what you might have read is sharing an adset ID, so you can create new campaigns using an original campaigns creative. The likes, shares etc from the original are shown
