I have products that I sell in my own brand - on amazon - link to product : http://amzn.to/2z7s4YL ( The price of the product is temporary - during the Christmas period the product is sold at $ 25-30 per unit - And I'm considering leaving it at this price if I use affiliate marketers )
my questions is:
1. How do I start the process of marketing my product through affiliate marketers ?
2. How do I approach affiliate networks and offer them my product ?
3. How I make affiliate marketers want to promote my product in affiliate networks ? ( Make the offer to have high percentages of attraction , etc .. )
4. What is the average of affiliate networks received from the sales commission ? (In physical products like mine ) .
5. What are the recommended fees for affiliate marketers for a $ 30 product ? (In physical products like mine ) .

Hey there!
First of all you'd need to create an offer out of the product (create the offer's page and set the whole process of logistics). Affiliates are only going to get you users, what happens after the user clicks "Purchase" button shall be in your hands. Decide how will you pay to your affiliates - CPS or maybe you have other business model in mind
You can find affiliates on forums mainly, if you want to work with no middle man.
Although affiliate networks take responsibility for delivering the right traffic to your offer, and they control the way an affiliate does it - which is actually helpful. Good networks are able to determine the type of traffic received and the way your offer's been promoted, so you can be sure everything is under control, and you don't have to "babysit" your affiliates.
In order to add your offer to an affiliate network, I'd suggest you to write to several ones and ask which conditions they have for placing this offer (all these questions like commission, etc. are individual).
Look for the networks that can provide traffic of your segment (country, operating system, sometimes internet connection type and even age of targeted audience) and networks that deal with physical products.

This already depends on your budget I'd advice you to go step by step about it, and research. See what's more profitable for you taking into account the least amount spent.
Looking for a good affiliate outside of a network is harder, but manageable. If you get one, and you are happy with the service provided, you might not even need to work with an affiliate network.
