Oh em ge. . . Like fb totally did what?!?!?!?

I Can't find one of my fanpages. . . . would FB steal my fanpage away from me without telling me?

I had like 40k fans WTF I know I didn't delete it that would have been stupid. . . .

Anyone ever have this happen?

I think i've heard of them taking admin control over pages that are branded or really general - i'm sure someone had a Maltesers fan page abducted.

right now when i go to facebook.com/pages/manage it 404's but i still have my pages. maybe that's the case lol?

I wish. . . it has disappeared from my pages section. . . I even tried looking for the page via the search and nothing. It's like I never even made the page which sucks I made some coin with it and was planning to do a drop today with the movie coming out tomorrow, but it looks like that wont be happening.

If you were monetising it they may have shut it down for that reason.

I was, I had my fans like my page for free tickets lol it worked swell until the scrubbing started!

I think they claim ownership of your page if you have over 10k fans UNLESS you register the page under a business/website. I may be mistaken tho.

I have a TON of sites with mid to high xx,xxx fans and I even spam them with links to my offers from time to time, it's been months, and i haven't lost one lol. i even post really really risque pics w/my aff link in the description lol. not sure what happened man, that sucks though.

This sounds ridiculous - can anyone else confirm this? No offense meant shhhant, btw... just very alarmed to hear this and it doesn't make sense to me.

This is only if you set it as a "community managed page"

Always make sure you have 2 admins on your pages just in case you get your account banned.

Brands can request a page to be transferred if they can provide proof about trademark stuff.

Can you still access the page when your not logged into facebook via its facebook URL?

If not then the facebook page will have been banned by FB possibly because it got too many unlikes / complaints.
