Hey, have problem with girlfriend Facebook account. She is working for Facebook and can get monthly voucher for €250. I don't know how but somehow she has here Personal Ad account in Indonesian. Currency, timezone. I can't change, it's grey out.
When I tried to change it asked me to get some money into. So I added 10.000 indonesian rupee which is €1. Couldn't.
Her manager tried to change and couldn't so she added her voucher into her personal Add acc. Now there is €250 in indonesian rupee.
On support they told me to create new add account. So I did and added her into my Add account.
I am dealing with support over 2 weeks. No progress. There are working silly people really.
I can close this account, but after money are gone.
Can you help me really stuck. Thanks.

It seems really unfair, and unfortunately I have no other idea how you could withdraw the money except moving it to another account or receiving as a voucher again. Either way you'd have to deal with support..
