new direct linking challenge (1)

i decide to jump on a new challenge now.
Details:
Vertical: mobile content [ low payout 1/2 click only]
Networks: i have an account with so many networks already. but signed up for a new one's that fits my challenge(has 1/2 click offers)
TS: Pops only.
strategy:
-pick a big low competitive geo that has 1/2 click offers.
-pick a carrier depending on the amount of traffic available at the traffic source i work with
-setup a campign using a tool with multiple offers (5-15 offers)
-Bid i start with the average bid with the recent data from TS( connections though 
) and increase it by%10 every 6-10 hours
-run traffic.
i created this follow along so i could find some help in few issues that i may face.
here is a screenshot of the first campaigns i setup and there is some data.
the first question here :
i wanna know how i could decide on placement cutting and optimization.?
i'm thinking for some camps that got a lot of traffic so far like the first one on the list to cut all the placements that sent me traffic.so i could open the door for other placements to come.
another thing also i want to ask for is how i can detect the bots without having a landing page in between.?
