We believe simply mentioning “Unfortunately, due to security measures our compliance team have suspended your account.” isn’t enough.
We weren’t cloaking or violating any policy of your network. Any help to get to the detail of this will be highly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we are unable to comment on the actions that our compliance team take in regards to account suspensions.
We understand that this may be frustrating however as stated in our GTC's we reserve the right to take this action should we deem it necessary.
Should there be any further issues such as an outstanding refund request etc? We kindly ask you to forward us your username so we can review this.
If this is not the case then we wish you well in your future endeavours.

So does that mean you can block anybody’s account anytime and provide no reason? Why should we spend our time figuring out your ad network when you can block us for no obvious reason?
Stop acting like Google or Facebook. You should work with your advertisers to solve these issues. Simply saying “we reserve the right” and “unable to comment” is not caring enough about your advertisers.
My account was blocked too a couple days ago without providing any reason.
I did not break any rules and all my personal information given to Tonic was correct.
I worked with them almost a year.
