how to find traffic for specific geos? (6)

Hello guys,
how are you?

i'm posting today to ask few questions in here and would like if someone can help me to solve these issues i'm facing!

first thing i wanna ask for is a general question on how i can get more and more volume at any campaign. for example i have a good converting campaign and i have spent enough on testing and now i know the best segments that are working good for my campaign. but i need to get more and more volume of traffic so i can make more conversions and revenue.

the second thing i have two very high CR% campaigns but it seems that there is no much traffic for these geos in the traffic sources.
so what i need to do at this point ?

last thing is: i went to google and made a research on top websites in my targeted geo and i want to know how i can buy traffic that goes to these sites as a pop traffic. or at least how i can identify if a specific site run pops on their site?

Put your budget higher on the current traffic source?

which traffic sources did you check? And maybe the offer is also available in other bigger geo's?

visit the site and see if something pops up? check their "advertising" section to see where you can buy traffic from them?
