Before people stop reading, I offer some payment for helpful solutions that help me get my campaigns approved 
I am currently trying to get AdWords to work but mostly fail to get my campaigns approved and get my accounts locked, which is a pain in the ass.
First of all, are there any good prepaid credit cards I can use which do not get the account locked? It seems like every account I create which is using a virtual credit card ist locked in about an hour after I used it in the account.
Second is there any working cloaker for AdWords at the moment?
From what I've heard you can bypass part of their approval process by calling them, anybody who got experience with that method?
Also when cloaking the site what are your to go solutions for a landing page which will pass their approval process?
Accounts locked - It is all about the offers you are promoting. Remember that Google hates affiliates. So never 'win an iphone' offers or similar, try ecommerce offers.
Cloaking - you will get caught sooner or later and they will shut down that account and all other related accounts.
Calling - yes that works sometimes.
