Clickadu problem (4)
Hi guys,
I only started using Clickadu, but already disappointed big time. Here is what happened,
No matter what I do, how I tried to change it back, all of my campaigns would automatically have this turned on, please take a look at the screenshot
This is very frustrating, what is more frustrating is that after one week I sent the support a message without hearing anything, I sent a second message two days ago and still haven't heard from them.
Jesus, how are they even in business.

Sorry for all the inconveniences, but as you can see 'Windows Mobile' is automatically excluded from your advertising campaign. It's not a bug and it was made for purpose as we haven't got much traffic on windows mobile and there are some technical issues related to windows mobile platfrom.
P.S.: Please check your email as our support has answered you via email regarding your application
Well, that is nice to know. But I would suggest you add a note on the page explaining this as it does look like a bug.
And the support response can surely use some improvement.
