My account just got disabled and so did the personal account! but my ads are still running! how is this possible and what do i do? cant get in account but still paying for traffic?
Sometimes after an account gets flagged for a reason outside of the account itself, usually on BMs, payments will keep running until you hit your billing threshold, which Facebook will prevent. Now if you're still getting billed for some reason, and can't do anything about it, simply cancel/limit the credit card and move on to another account. Also, try to fill in the form to get the account back, you might have a chance.
Ya thats what I was just thinking to cancel my card. thats the only solution I can think of. I reached out to Facebook from my other account since I cant even log in with this one. As usual they give some useless feedback.
