A mess with volume tracking - First campaign (11)

Hello all ,

I created my first campaign - POP
And the offer is from an Israeli affiliate network..

I made some adjustments from the vortex guide to this offer (pop first campaigan )


does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I do not see any clicks at all on Voluum (but the partner network has clicks and maybe even a conversion - pending approval)

what i need to do ?

At the same time - the affiliate network shows me a conversion - and right now it's Pending approval - could it still Pending approval because of an attempted network test that was denied?

Hey, @yohaimor!
From what we see on screenshots, you have turned "Only accept postbacks from white-listed IPs" option on for your affiliate network. It means, that no postbacks from non-whitelisted IPs will be received by Voluum. You have two choices to fix this mistake: either turn the feature off, so we could accept everything and update your information on our side, or get the IP-ranges used for postback sending from your affiliate network, and then post them in the affiliate network settings. You can find the whitelist location on this screenshot.

Apparently, you have some more mistakes in the settings. For us not to shoot blindly, trying to figure out what is wrong, please, PM us your Voluum email address or write to our support. We will check it and get back to you as soon as possible.

im start again new campaign :

and i Defines like this :

affiliate network :

1. i enter name to the affiliate network
And I did not employ any other option
2. save

I set the offer
2. Affiliate Link from Affiliate Network + I took the tag tracking of the affiliate network and connected it to the voluume :

I guessed that you do not need parentheses in the tag of affiliate network I hope I'm not mistaken .

I still have errors - what im doing worng ?

I'm not sure about the other errors but i'm also having postback errors with popads. Not sure if it's Voluum side or popads. I've contacted popads but they aren't the best with replying to questions...

Is not that from the right affiliate network? I want to know that this is not because my conversion is in a "pending approval" .

I'm not 100% sure, but to me it seems like you have mistakes in a postback link of your affiliate network. Did you speak to them already? Was there any feedback?
