The best course is called Stackthatmoney! Just read everything there is about ecomm on the forum and then its all about trial and error

Agree with both Christoph and Caurmen, both of whom have been giving lots of valuable advice here.
Lots of others have as well and it's rare to see a question without input from various points of view. All this backed up by years of experience.
The best way forward is to start with the Ecommerce cookbook and then start taking action. As valuable as the advice is here, there's even more value in doing things yourself and gaining experience.
You can ask for advice, but you'll have to implement, learn and move forward.
As for courses, there are a lot of them available, but many are based on a success someone had when they started 2 years (or longer) ago. That success didn't come from a systematic approach and as such there are no guaranteed results for you.
Many get traction in their business, don't know why and then try to explain afterwards what happened and mould that into a course.
When they find success with the course, there's a lot of travel and speaking to follow and THAT becomes the business. In the meantime things change....
I do however like a lot of stuff that ConversionXL brings out in their educational program, which you can see here
It's more general in its approach, as they teach systems for conversion, growth etc, but there are more specific course you can enroll in.
