Facebook Ad Management/Creation Tools?

What's the current best tool/app for managing/uploading many facebook ad variations? I need to use it for social ads/page ads, not just external links to landers.

XY7 just came out with a sick ad optimizer that is api controlled. Can make a few hundred different audiences/ad variations quickly.

Side question: if the software requires API use, does that mean I'd have to have an agency account?

No - you dont need an agency account to use managed services like that.

I thought the xyz is still in Beta. Maybe Kevin can chime in?

Also try out the chrome based ad management tool provided by facebook. It has most of the functionality the paid for providers offer.

But you will need an agency account to get access to that one as its still in limited release

If your looking for a simple ad uploader (Spydrs, in the tool section) is one of the best. It works great, it's simple to use, you can make tons of combinations, it's fast, error free and only $149 (one time payment).

Can it upload page/social/story ads, or only external landing url ads?
