How can I get a piece of the pie from this great offer? (10)

Hello,

At this moment (19th oct 2017) there is an offer at Mobidea that is doing really well, but somehow I can not get a piece of the pie.
15987 - Videos - UK - 3G + Wifi - Funny Videos

I've tried everything I've learned at STM with banners and popups without results.
There seem to be no good landers to be found at Adplexity mobile.

How can I get this working?

There must be experienced STMers active with this offer, so please learn us, the newbies, how to successfully run this offer, step by step.
This case study could give every newbie a big step forwards.

How do you know the offer is doing "really well" while you are not getting any results?
Develop a clear testing strategy and methodology, and most of all have a clear cut off point to determine if and when to move on to the next offer. Then execute - don't be afraid to lose money as 8/10 campaigns you'll run will lose you money, but the 2/10 that will make you money will make up for those losses big time and put you overall in the green. This is of course if you have developed a consistent testing strategy and budget that you stick to.

Are you sure the offer converts well?

Is it a 1/2-click flow offer? If so, direct-link it first to see if it would even convert. There are a million and a half of these offers - direct-link to whittle down to a few gems, then test landers.

Try clickbait-y headlines such as the ones here:

Another possibility: Test images of a "video collection" consisting of different funny videos. You can do screenshots of funny vids from video sites and slap a play button on them. (Disclaimer: Please check that you're not going against offer requirements or traffic source TOS, or copyright laws. Test at your own risk.)

I've seen similar landers work quite well, but of course the main thing is your offer must be good.

Don't waste too much time on a single offer. There are plenty of offers out there that can give you a positive campaign.

As Christoph and Amy said above, how do you know that offer really works? Get yourself some quality spy and find out what is hitting hard out there, then build a solid split-test & optimization process

That is a tip of my AM, who I trust.

Most offers look like crap, and testing confirms 99% is crap.
I've 2 versions of Adplexity, and 'borrowing' those data/lps never led to any profits. Which spy tool is better?

Actually what worked for me is have good contact with my AMs, following their tips and make my own angle/landers etc.
And 99% of the help at STM works, nice people like Amy, Matej and all the rest make the difference for me.
