Voluum Tracking question

I just noticed I received some conversions for an offer on Mobidea but it is not showing up on Voluum. I haven't had any issues adding and tracking campaigns in Voluum prior to that with offers from the same network but confused on why it happened with this particular offer. Voluum does show there were visits (though it is about 1,000 higher than what Mobidea shows).

Any thoughts on why Voluum didn't capture these conversions? Is this common? Thanks

I am seeing exactly the same exact thing on my camps. Interested to see what the solution is.

So what they are telling me to do is set it up thisway:

postback: cid={{EXTERNAL_ID}}&payout={{MONEY}}

offer link: data1={campaign.id}&tag={clickid}

So i'll try and see how that works - they are really encouraging to use the external id instead of data 2 or data 3 -

Mobidea is very organized normally, but their postback system needs to improve.

I have the same situation too.
Should i change my postback as yours??

My postback: ?cid={{DATA2}}&payout={{MONEY}}

offerlink is the same as yours.
