Actually, I´m using Facebook Pixel and Voluum, but I would like to use Googe Analytics. Anybody knows if I can use Google Tag Manager with Cake?

I'd suggest just testing it. Insert the Google Tag Manager (GTM) code and if it works, you can also use the FB pixel through GTM. If GTM doesn't work, then try the Google Universal Analytics tracking code.
