Bing Account Slapped!

Hello,

For some reason all the campaigns in my Bing account are on hold since yesterday.

My contact at Bing told me there is a link to a 'technical support' site,
which obvious, for everybody else, is an official site from a well know company, which has to give support to their customers.

Has someone the same experience?
If so, was there a way to solve this?

Unfortunately, a 'technical support' site in this industry usually has very little to do with a reputable company giving support to their customers ...

That is what I thought, do you think the support/reviewers of Bing are of a low quality or in a rush or...

I think you didn't understand what cmdeal had in mind ... he meant that tech support affiliate offers are usually scammy and far from a reputable company giving real support. The way they work, is that affiliates scare the surfers by using fake warnings, virus alerts etc and suggest to call a support company in order to save data etc ... the numbers offered are all linked to premium high rate phone lines, and the operator tries to make the call as long as possible. This is very shady way of making money, so I'm not surprised bing rejected those campaigns.

Ok, but I'm only linking to the official websites of major companies, 1000% whitehat. Are the support of Bing confused or ...
Any tips how to solve it?
Any specialist who I can hire?

(At this moment, my account is resubmitted for review)

Assuming that we are talking about the standard techsupport affiliate offers, let me say this : NO TECHSUPPORT AFFILIATE OFFER IS WHITEHAT It's all scam.

Or are you promoting some legit offer, where they actually help customers solve problems that they really do have?

Yes, it is a major-sofware brand (unfortunately I can not tell you which one) with is legit for sure, and I'm running this at Bing 4 years now.
(actually I'm running it at Adwords longer. Probably you know how hard it is to run software at Adwords, so it must be legit for sure)

Ok, if this is the case, then you were most likely taken down by the "collateral damage" effect during some cleanup on shady tech support offers. Unfortunately, it's extremely hard to get running again when this happens, they hate to admit a mistake happened. Still, you can try to submit several requests, I know people (including myself) who were able to get their accounts back and running after similar bans/suspensions, even on facebook or adwords ... just stay polite and provide as much evidence of a false decision as possible.

Latest update;

Followed the method Matuloo proposed and I got my Bing account running again, with a lot blood, sweat and tears.

Bad thing, however, is that the best performing ads had to be deleted.
(same like everywhere, the most "aggressive" ads are the most profitable)

Glad you could get this resolved and get your account back ... the method works, but it's very hard to stay calm and polite when dealing with copy&paste support replies, isn't it?

It's very true that aggressive methods work better, you need to find out where the border lies for their reviewer and push it on the edge, takes time but can be very rewarding

Thanks again Matej. This was a golden tip!

Actually I'd a good support representative from Bing, who told me exactly what to delete. But it was very hard to see my income demolished and then stay polite.
Yes, I'm starting the same offers again and see how far I can go.

Fortunately, thanks to the help of the STM-members, I'm making some money with CPA almost $100/day.
Unfortunately all the profits are going to the testing of new offers/traffic sources, but it is a learning process and I'm sure I can make a living from it within a couple of months, hopefully sooner.
