I'm looking for CPA networks who works directly with app owners. Please recommend some good networks. Not resellers, brokers...

There are legit utility app installs too ... browser extensions, themes, memory cleaners ... Fabi is a honest dude, talk to him, maybe there is something of interest in their network.
