Big Bang Ads

Has anyone successfully worked with Big Bang Ads? We've had an account for awhile and recently started to engage and applied for a couple of offers but got a fairly strange reply from our pub manager, Justine Valeri. After asking if she can approve the offers we applied for;

I’m not taking care of that and the best thing to do is waiting for the person in charge to approve you once she’ll need new affiliate on it. Unfortunately for now I don’t think we need much more traffic.

I guess they aren't looking for more traffic for their offers? Anyone have similar experiences?

It's probably an offer that is capping and they don't need more leads on it. BBA are a really solid company, I wouldn't write them off so easily.

We are all good. I had a chance to speak with her in more detail and she was able to clarify some things so all is well now. Looks like they have some great offers too!

They are a solid company in my personal experience too - the only thing to keep in mind is that their structure is less standard, with more than one account manager that you discuss with. There will be reps for offers usually based on regions so your main contact person might not be able to approve and check quality on a portion of your traffic.

It's probably why you got this answer that might seem blunt without this context around it.

Great bunch! Always see them at the trade shows and we had a chance to have a sit down meeting at our office in NYC last year.

BigBangAds has been iffy for me. Their offers WILL not convert at all compared to similar offers on other networks so far. Makes me really wonder why that's the case.

Did you try all geos? Not all offers worked for me - generally had not-so-hood results in Tier 1 with them.
