Please give me your feedback guys

Hello guys,

I would really appreciate if you could properly grill my store and give me your honest opinion of what you don't like and would do better.

URL: https://hidden/

Couple of comments:
1. Took me almost 2 months to launch
2. Target US (maybe I should expand)
3. Registered in a country where you can't use Shopify payment, so it's 2checkout
4. For trust reasons, registered US virtual address + phone number
5. Apps I am using: Abandonment Protector Plus; Countdown Cart by Beeketing; Pixel Conversion Pro - Facebook Pixel Tracking; Aftership, McAfee Secure
6. For fulfilment optimisation planning to use Oberlo, but heard many are switching to Dropified

and yeah ran couple of campaigns, but so far no sales. As you probably noticed already it's pretty much generic store, so I still haven't decided with a specific niche, want to test as many products as possible.

Your store is empty when it comes to the description of the products, you're not trying to convince anyone.
That put a really heavy burden on the campaign (that has to do all the heavy lifting).

Try to add some content on the product page and seduce people to buy.

That'll also help in building some personality for the overall site.

Now, it's too bland for my taste.

Also, some social proof would be good. Reviews, comments, questions etc

Do you think at that page: https://hidden is enough product description or maybe instead of photo gallery I should add more pictures within description?

Good tip. Any recommendations for a review app ?

This is definitely good enough in terms of the amount of text.
Writing is pretty good too, although I would recommend getting your grammar checked and some sentences polished up.

Definitely a step up from the "empty" pages.

As apps, here are 2 suggestions:
Judgeme and shopify's own

I think it looks good, I like the checkout page. If you get a second, could you review mine as well?

@luckyandrew - if you post the URL of your store, it can be reviewed. Would be best to creat a new thread, so it becomes a dedicated spot where people can leave the feedback specifically for you.

This section would be the right place to start that thread.

As you can see, many people weigh in with their view on things, so you get the benefit of many angles backed up with years of experience behind them.

For anyone starting, highly recommended.

Awesome advice, I started my own thread. Good luck!

decided to write a short update and maybe could get some more good bits of advice.

What I did so far:
1. 9 products tested
2. 15 campaigns launched with different goals (Post Engagement vs Traffic mostly and 1-2 campaigns with a WC checkout goal; 2-3 adsets pet campaign and mostly video ad format)
3. In total around 500 clicks with avg CPC of $0.47
4. Target Only Mobile News Feed
5. Geo-targeting: US
6. 1 Sale was made of a price of $69

So obviously it's not profitable yet, but to be honest, I don't care, ready to spend $5k on tests, the only thing which frustrates me right now, it's a checkout conversion rate. It's just horrible, out of 500 clicks I got 3 initiates checkout actions and yes 1 sale. But I clearly understand that 0.6% checkout conversion rate it's just extreamly bad.

I would really appreciate if you could give me some ideas of what I am missing. Why is it so?

Btw, if you are curious about avg. time on page, bounce rate and avg page loading time, here are some data from analytics (own visits and non-ads visits are excluded ofc):

Hey Mishka,

Sites looking good, thanks for documenting some of your campaign details.

Can you please explain the process for applying for 2checkout, I am doing my site under my wifes name in Thailand and we are restricted to paypal express only.

Cheers

dancnx

hey Dancnx, honestly I would not recommend 2checkout, it's a pain in the ass working with them, first of all they don't really like dropshippers, 2nd of all they claimed one fees first, but in the end I realised it's 7.5%, add 2% from Shopify and it just doesn't make sense to work with them.

what I am planning to do now, is to connect payoneer with stripe. Just google "payoneer stripe" and you will see what I am talking about.

7.5%? That is just nuts!
