Here we go, first follow along from thebatman, im not too wildly confident about this, but hey i gotta get things started somewhere

What? - Carrier Billing offer India
Where? - ExoClick
Why? - Duh!

So what did i do?

Setup tracking
added 10 of the affiliate network's banners
added 10 animated banners with one frame saying premium stuff and the other frame being the affiliate network's banner.

What am i expecting?

Not much considering that with my targeting i can only really spend about $500 odd a day to buy out everything available, but i wanna see what can work and start killing bad CTRs/Placements

Next Steps -

Launch the same offer on Pops. I got the lander concept approved by the AM, just need to build it out correctly.

Will keep you posted, im guessing it will take a while since exo is off on the 12th of october and as of now it is past 6pm in spain..

I would forget about the default network banners, those usually suck to put it in a nice way

How about the setup? CAP, placements/sites, bids, bidding type ... provide more details in order to get some usable advice.

Looking forward to some more data and numbers

Thanks for the response. Yes, I am aware that default banners are horrible, but I just wanted to see the traffic come in because I haven't run any offer on exo with this particular targeting.

I just did RON, with a CPM of .20, ended up spending $80 odd for 1600 clicks and 0 leads.

Why am I not surprised?

I do have some angles and ideas when it comes to pop traffic so I'll do pop with a lander on the same offer and will post results.

That was pretty expensive traffic at 5 cents per click, in India you need to go way lower. What carriers did you target, they used to have a problem with properly detecting vodafone, definitely check whether they sent you the traffic you "asked" for.

What kinda CTRs did you get on those banners?
