HELP!! 30% Traffic lost on popads
Hey guys,
I'm currently running a direct link campaign on popads with Mobidea in Thailand.
My tracker is cpv labs.
These are my current stats?
| Total Visitors 10,423 |
Campaign
8,587
(82.39%) |
Direct
0
(0.00%) |
Mobile
8,585
(82.37%) |
Blocked
1,836
(17.61%)
|
18% of my traffic is being blocked. Also popads shows that they've sent over 15K impressions already. 30% of my traffic is not even showing up.
I'm using mobile only traffic.
Any tips to why this is happening? Thanks

This is called "click loss" and it's pretty usual + TH is one of those geos on PopAds that has the highest click loss.

Thanks for the super quick response erikgyepes.
I'm using CPV labs. I logged into my beyond hosting account to see what country my server is based out of but I don't see anything. It says I have a "managed cloud server".
Do you think my click loss would improve any better if I was to switch to Voluum? Or does it not make a difference since I'm using direct linking?
Thanks.

It would probably improve a little bit, but I wouldn't expect big changes. Unless your current server is really slow. Hosted trackers on properly configured servers on a solid host can perform in a similar way than a cloud hosted tracker. CPVlab isn't exactly the most up to date tracker, but still, I would be surprised to see a big difference. On the other hand, if you are in the AM game for the long run, you might want to consider to using a more modern tracker, which
Voluum (and others) definitely is.
