propellerads reject campaigns

hello all,
I need help dealing with a rejection situation from propeller ads.

I picked 2 campaigns from Mobidea, GEO: Brazil,
created a split test campaign in Voluum and started it on propellerads.

after about 2k of traffic I get a notice that it was rejected due to policy violation,
after some talk with the support, turns out that they rejected the campagins because it was banned on google.

I used this tool to check the links of the offers
http://www.isbanned.com/
and indeed, the URLs are banned from running on google, and that is why the campaign got rejected from propellerads.

talking to mobidea, they told me that this campaign runs successful on propellerads with other affiliates, and has no issue.

now, i'm a bit confused, either other affiliates use clocking or i'm not doing something right.

please help out and advice on what I need to do?

by the way - the offers looks legit. one offer is health and fitness and the other is some video app.

thanks,
Roman

Interesting situation.

It happens from time to time for me too.
Campaign is approved and after some time is rejected, with no reason.
When my AM checked on it, he didn't see any reason at all and the campaign was re-approved.
So it's kinda mess

BTW for checking "Google ban" you can use the official Safe Browsing tool from Google: https://transparencyreport.google.co...rowsing/search

Like Erik said, these things happen, and you usually can't win by arguing with the traffic source.

Sometimes you can try to submit a rejected campaign again to see if it will get approved - but in this case I doubt it would do any good, because they probably have automatic checks in place to monitor urls for google bans.

I would just either test another offer or take the camp to another traffic source.

I just had this happen to me too. It was an offer on Mobidea and it was a video game offer with the Geo being Brazil. I'm just going to move onto another campaign because at the moment I'm just doing direct linking to gain experience.

Direct-linking to a video game offer doesn't sound like something PropellerAds would reject. Hmm...

Are you sure it's a mainstream (i.e. non-adult) video game? And are you sure you're targeting traffic that's accepted by the offer? (Otherwise, the reviewer may get redirected by the aff network to heavens-knows-what other offers.)

Like you said, it's not worth it to pursue this offer further since you're just getting some practice. But in the future, if this happens again, you can hit up support and attach a screenshot of the offer page (which Mobidea does provide in most cases). Sometimes that will do the trick.
