Introduction
I'm about to present the Backoffice that me and my business partner built along the way since we started AM full time to manage our campaigns.
We cover all areas in a single Webapp --> Automation / Campaign Management / Monitoring & Alerting / Reporting
I'm very curious to see how many people would have interest in using a tool like this.

What can we do in short?
- Start / Pause / Change Bids directly from
- Track costs automatically in Voluum. Support multi-bidding strategy and timezones from each traffic source.
- Add offers to voluum without copy/pasting URLs. Easy to add 100 offers in 1 go if that's your goal.
- Attach multiple offers in voluum to any voluum campaign in 1 go.
- Smartlink functionallity. Allocate biggest traffic% automatically to best performing offer. Optimization can be as granular as per campaign.
- Test hundreds of offers automatically. Any offer you add to test will be paused once you spent 2-5x payout. (Configurable).
- See meaningful reports. If you running several campaigns in voluum you know how hard it is to know which dropped performance or not in some hours. We have an overview that will allow you to immediately spot anything wrong with any active campaign.
- See data in real time in a chart. Rather then keeping hit refresh you can actually see charts to know exactly how much volume per minute/second/hour you have. This is crucial to see the impact of your bid changes.
- Alerts on your phone OR computer for any scenario you can imagine when running camps 24/7. (EPV alerts per campaign, EPV alerts per offer, No conversions alerts)
- Any complex report you can imagine. E.g. placement performance for a particular traffic source across all your campaigns split by Carrier. As you know in voluum this kind of reporting only possible per individual campaign, plus you limited to 3 dimensions.

Is this tool useful for me? Why?
Are you running several campaigns everyday and getting crazy at monitoring them, worried that offers might stop working? That traffic is going to worst performing offer?
Are you manually switching offers traffic percentage every 10 minutes?
Are you manually tracking costs by logging in into each traffic source to check costs and update voluum costs with the right TIMEZONE?!
Are you testing offers using the 2-5x payout per offer everyday and manually refreshing voluum to make sure you didn't overspend?

How do I know you not going to steal my campaigns?
This is a question I think about each time I sign up for a tool, traffic source, tracker and I always try to think on the worst possible case.
Worst case scenario: In case you use my tool AND I would not care about stealing my own clients, you would have just another competitor doing the same thing. (assuming I would have similar relationships and deals as you). You would still make more money and save more time and headaches.
Anyways, my plan is not really steal my own clients and take chances of damaging my own reputation.
If your tool is so good why not keep it to yourself and make much more money running campaigns?
Opening up my tool is only gonna give me more opportunities to make more money, diversify and connect with like minded people.
A tool by itself also does not make miracles, I went from $XXXX/day on pops to 0 because my traffic vanished. There is nothing my tool could do for this case obviously.

I got my own "back office", but rather for monitoring proper costs and optimisation campaigns (semi-automatically) and many other smaller tools, slowly adding more and more stuff.
These things can save a lot of time and hassle.

Sounds like a great tool, does it work for selfhosted trackers, like funnelflux as well?
Don't be discouraged by the (relative) lack of response. People like everything to be done and served up on a platter - this will come once you're ready to open your tool to the public. At this point you're just looking for big-volume marketers to collaborate with, and there aren't that many of those (compared to the total pool of all affiliates).
Another idea: Automate your tool further so that it will optimize ALL smartlinks on autopilot. This way you'll have almost a passive-income generation machine. If I had your automation skills this is what I would do - especially when it sounds like you're one-step away from achieving completely hands-off automation. This is something you guys don't need to work with anyone else for - could be a worthwhile project while waiting for people to collaborate with.

I'm about to go public and I'm wondering how I should prepare for this, hopefully I can get some advice here
I created a website from some template I found on google, I put the features on a list, some screenshots, and the price packages.
Now I have a few questions that I have no idea how to go about this. Hopefully I can get some amazing feedback from you guys
Legal Questions
1) If I mention names of Trackers, Traffic Sources and CPA Networks do I need to ask their consent?
2) If I put a screenshot or make a video of my

4) Should I have people to sign NDAs before I give them access to the tool or any kind of Term and Conditions is sufficient?
5) If I come up with a name for the tool that is different from my company name, do I need to register it somewhere or buying the domain is sufficient?
Setting up Clients
Considering that at this stage we can only set up around 2 users a day, how should I go about subscribing them?
Should I just keep it simple and use a simple mailchimp form, contact them as soon we're ready to set them up and get payed by paypal? Or should I use some platform like amember since the beginning?
My goal is trying to be as lean as possible and not invest or waste too much time with bureaucracy until I have like 20 users.

This looks really interesting... Have you managed to sort out the Propeller API issues? They seem to sometime request human verification when logging in through the API which isn't possible.

What you could do is to ask for Beta-testers. Let them use your tool for nothing (limited time)
A lot of bugs and possible improvements will come out of that,
and more important, if the software works, you will have ambassadors who will spread the word!

The tool is pretty well tested given we were using daily, but still, new users is a new variable and for sure there will be improvements to be made.
Effectively until I launch the website, figure out the questions above, and I have 10-20 people using the tool, we're on a Beta Phase.

Just to give an update on our Tool.
We got quite a few leads from this single post and from those I had several skype calls.
So far feedback has been amazing after they see the tool and we're setting up already quite a few of people.
We came up with a name for it --> AFF Machine

I talked with the developer today (as he is my friend), he left AM space and not developing the tool anymore (he is now into crypto mining).
What is more shocking though is that his partner (who was my another friend) passed away recently.
