Monitoring Offer & Landing Page Status And Errors

Hey guys, I recently ran into a problem and was wondering if anyone here has had a similar situation and found a way to prevent it. Even better if you can automate the prevention process.

So I've been running a campaign successfully for the past few weeks and suddenly around 4 PM today the campaign stopped converting. I didn't think much of it at first, but it didn't convert for the next 5 hours either and I lost almost $300. I check the offer out to see what was wrong and apparently the signup form stopped working. (I used chrome inspector and sure enough there was a couple errors with it loading some files).

I'm not sure if it was due to them changing things on their end, or a server crashing or what but it definitely prevented conversions and cost me money.

So does anyone know of a way to monitor things like this? Or have any recommendations? It would be nice to have some sort of alert system for this or maybe just a script that detects massive lack of conversions and then pauses the campaign or sends me an email.

Did you think about Pingdom.com?
You could at least monitor and be notified if the site went down.
Only issue you can run into are geo redirects, so the best bet is to insert the end URL for monitoring.

No I haven’t tried that, I should though. The problem I had was an error with the signup form. It required a JavaScript file that wasn’t loading correctly. Do you know of a way to monitor page errors or something that will test the forms?
