You may or may not know me...
If you check the posts in my footer you'll quickly realise I'm in this game for a while, and I'm winning.
It wasn't always like that. What very few of you know is that I bleed struggled and sweat more than majority of you.
14-16 hour a days grinds for OVER A DECADE with nothing to show.
But I was lucky... by accident, pure accident as a kid I developed the biggest competitor to Amazon back then, and the second largest free education website in 1999 - Tutorial Box.
Kid as I was I shut the site down when the threat for a lawsuit came that I stole their design...
I stole way more than design as I was just learning how to put shit online.. but design wasn't one of them.
So -- being afraid more of my strong head father than of the real risks of a lawsuit I shut down the site that would to this day be earning me SHITLOAD of money in passive income.
I talk about times before Google - Altavista and Yahoo were the top search engines... Amazon was the only one I was promoting for a 5% of sales... fun times --
And after I closed that site down I thought I can make another one just as easy...
That was my motivation - to make tens of millions of dollars and to prepare for this moment - to go and grab a hundred.
As you may know, I did the only video that in the last 9 years was profitable on ALL porn traffic - you could go to any tier1 porn space selling and buy ad and know you'll either break even or profit -- sometimes big.
The only ones I couldn't compete were the internal ads of phub and such... and that's understandable.
One video -- with less than 5 banners in total from my end (affiliates did create their own) - did 43 million dollars in sales...
... while I was lazy.
... while I was HEAVILY understaffed.
just me, my assistant and my tech guy.
Earning more than Google per employee!
Now, how I did it?
It's simple - and the secret comes back to my times of failure, not my times of winning. Everybody remembers the winner,
but that same thing makes them fail to achieve the same results.. because what I did when I was winning big?
I bought a nightclub.
A lamborghini.
40 chicks a night as my personal hostesses (put that number in your mind 40 a night!)
- just two of them were babysitting my dog in a backstage.
So somebody who would copy that would get what -- this guy is just playing around.
And I was doing anything but playing.
My lazy mind got so strategic over the decades... that I am now able to build superadvanced funnels.
People that are making more than me -- any of you would be making more than me with the funnel I built... if I would give *any* of you
that funnel, you'd go and buy more than 43 million. I didn't because I was lazy and money although a great score isn't my primary motive,
so I wouldn't go and buy again profitable placement again and again - sometimes I would, but many times I wouldn't.
So people that are making more than me - could easily benefit by my strategic $ per customer % of visitor-to-customer mind and approach.
Now, that comes with a problem, and that's why I'm writing this post - I'm results driven.
I learned long time ago - nobody gives a fuck how hard you work. Results matter.
So although it might seem as a cool story to you - I didn't have two people in 43 mil operation because I wanted... I had them because I can't tolerate idiots.
And now - that I'm coming back to do the 100 mil - I have the hardest elements done - product, conversions, everything... I lack people. I hired 20 guys or even more
for tech guy position to fire all of them because they lack precision.
One great guy from this board came along and was assisting me for a month, but he realized how demanding it is. Running such a business at this scale
is not for pussies (to put it mod-friendly: weak-spirited)...
So - I have an offer for one of you.
But before I tell you about it - let me show you what I was able to achieve to my previous guys that learned from me:
A Romanian guy - started with $400 now making couple million a month.
A book partner - I made him multimillionnaire, after we separated ways 3 years later he was out of business.
my crazy assistant - started with $500 - now making about 120k a day. He is harder working than me. I'm more strategic. So give him half of what I developped he will make 5 times more than I will bother to.
My consulting client - started as an employee and I took him on just because he was a good person, now he owns a CHAIN of financial institutions..

Get this: An idiot tech guy that I had until recently would take WEEKS on tranferring of some shit from one server to another.
I got pissed at him, asked the support of that new hosting and it was done 4 hours later with no effort from me.
So how much time it takes -- depending on YOUR approach - it's not objective... and best of all I brought this biz from zero to 43 mil, I wrote a number one best selling business book in my country (more sold than the bible in 2011), I did without a product, without investment a million in 32 hours when I was 22, so when you tell me about a reasons how hard it is - trust me, I don't want to hear it.
I am not the biggest guy, but you can put me against a Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg together and have us develop a profitable direct sales funnel where we pay for traffic and we monetize it - and I'm going to outpull them all. I'll outpull industry leaders too. As I did. Most expensive web copywriters worked for me. Jay Abraham said I'm the most precise marketing mind in the industry he doesn't see me in... Gary Halbert (RIP) said he doesn't want to compete with me, there is easier money on the table... Jon Benson put as a condition to work with me on every step of the copy making on the last project we did... and I am no longer writing copy for anyone but myself. Funnel I'm able to make, I'm proud to stand against any of you and take leaps... yet I'm lazy, yet you'll outwrite me, you'll outwork me and whatever not.
There is a reason why people who pass my school are ready for war in any industry - they become strategic thinkers.
As a fun, I did a strategy to chiropractor two days ago - for a decade he managed to get to 600 active clients, I asked him how much he can take at max to be fully happy - within 2 hours I gave him a fool-proof plan to get 1500 active clients in 2 weeks of implementation. It's easy. He's kindergarden-league as opposed to where I used to compete.
HSBC is negotiating with me to kick ass in online customer attraction for their private banking clients.
This is not to brag. But to be able to put you in right perspective because when you meet me, all I talk about are chicks and fun because really, in most cases I don't need anything from you but to see how good person you are - because I associate only with good people, and best fastest way to see a man's true colors is if you put him near smoking-hot chicks and see how he behaves.
Anyway.. back to the story. You think you're made for it?
A list of qualifications:
You know basics of internet marketing: what's funnel, what's split testing, what's adwords, what's html, what's autoresponder...
You can write simply, clearly and up to the point - I don't need you to be A+ copywriter, I need you to be able to say things simply, directly and up to the point.
You can allow 100% focus to this. I want you to be harder working than me. Getting more shit done than me, that's why I even consider taking you on board.
What I guarantee, that within years you'll be among the top 1% of knowledgable internet marketers. The only ones you won't be able to compete with are those with elements of luck who were at the right time, came up with the winning idea and did the product that's not repeatable... but in any industry... any circumstances, you'll be able to stand with the winners and kick their asses... and while doing it -- do the difference to the world by promoting an AWESOME kickass product that helps people.
I'm going to do 100 mil this time. I have the system, I have the system... heck even my friend Jason Akatiff here from stm agreed to help me make it corporate-friendly (as you know I'm not corporate type of guy)...

For those reading this that won't be accepted let me give you some more value -- if you're money attracted -- and in this just for the money, please
stick to money related markets like: gambling/casino, forex, shit like that. because that's the only place where you can score big with such attitude.
In my biz - if you don't want to build the GREATEST herbal testosterone booster -- kick ass to Viagra and Pfizer... help guys get boners and stop embarrassing themselves,
help bodybuilders pack on muscle mass without roids... having a research and so potent product that nobody else on the planet can source (because the plant is so rare that besides malaysian lead-full impotent bs - it's really hard to source and we bought a bunch of harvesting spots)..
If you think you still apply, let me challenge it further.
Many guys think they can take a beating.
Some can for a week or so.
Truth is -- if you don't have a burning desire inside you, white-hot frustration that keeps you going, you're not for me. Because I want a loyal person that can do something amazing. That can partner up to do something bigger than he or she would without doing it.
Oh yes, and if you haven't made at least 5k online - please don't apply. If for some reason money doesn't like you -- you're not for me. I won't go into details, but I've been psychotherapist too many time finding out people's weaknesses. I have many - but I understand the most important thing - "I am responsible" and only results matter.
Who cares if I slept all night or I worked - results matter.
So my friend, if you can help me around get tech guys do what I want them to do, get agreements in place, make sure fulfillment is doing their job, call centers understand the product, that mids are paying and I'm not forgetting to collect the money,... guys do on time what they are supposed to do on time, organize tasks so they are done... if you're game - please contact me - with your skype, with who you are. I don't need your CV - but I need your story. Be honest, be true, or you'll be gone before we exchange hello. If you mange to get in and make me happy for about 3 months, the entire new world of possibilities will open for you. You can develop to become way more than I became business wise... you can develop way further than you ever thought possible. I'll be happy if on your journey I get to get off men of synthetics to natural thing... and enjoy outsmarting big guys in super developed funnels that competitors can't copy.
While I am now educating myself in topics I'm interested in, if your desire is to become a kickass internet marketer, you should take this opportunity to learn THE moneymaking skills on the internet: dealmaking, copywriting, and customer flow.
And if you don't apply... if you don't fit it for whatever the reason (if you're honest in 99% of the cases the reason should be: you aren't frustrated enough or willing to do whatever it takes to succeed)... rest assured, this letter fine-tuned, tweaked your thinking about biz than probably the next 50 posts won't. It's not about knowing more - it's about being able to simplify things - and there you have it, written down for you - step by step... what's important and what isn't - where your focus should be and where it shouldn't.

I must tell this whole thing reminds me of when I was hiring a second secretary...
In reality, I wanted someone hot and fit in high heels walking around and my CEO at a time she had different ideas... anyway,
when we did ads, we got around 100 candidates.
Some of them came with shopping bags.
Most without any makeup dressed as if they came from the gym (not in a good way)
So no wonder after they left I saw our future secretary from the windows, and I immediately told my assistant, she's the one - she stood out, not just in the looks, but how she prepared herself for the interview, she was FHM cover girl, she spoke a bit of Japanese which wasn't much in her favor as my CEO spoke fluent.. the point is, she went through a trouble to land a job, and so she did.
So what do you think I should do when I get a pm like: "hey man, It is excellent opportunity, im your man, let's talk, im motivated, whatever needed." -- I'm sorry, but I am not sold.
I am not a grammar/spelling type of a person, but if you don't bother to write more than a sentence, do you really think I'll trust you to manage millions in media buys because sometimes something will need your action, and I don't want a lazy person handling it. I'm lazy, but I'm responsible. My laziness is different than most people's laziness. I am lazy because I know I'll do whatever it takes to make the job done at A+ level, and sometimes I hate it. Most people are "hard working" but they do a B level job and they are ok with it.
So please, if you're not motivated-to-the-core with my invitation and opportunity presented above, then I assure you, me and you are not the good fit.
Let me tell you about one of two guys I got and accepted to give a shot so far:
1) both agree to work for free.
2) one is making couple hundred k a month currently and is smart enough to see this as an opportunity to become a strategic business person than just a high earning project maker. Another has saved some money and is also ready to give it a shot.
3) both fighters, both have experience, and I test them both by giving them tasks slowly to see how they bring it out of me.
4) they both wrote a nice, intelligent, no bs letters explaining who they are.
5) they both are precise, and doing as we agree - more or less.
So... why the heck someone thinks I'd take "hey man im your guy, ill do everything it takes add me on skype"
Just a lesson of life. You create your luck. I am not giving this based on some bribery or flattery or 'preferences'.... I give it to who truly deserve it. Who is willing to pay the price to get on the level.

First of all, I accept your response - and it is your full right to say what you think, thanks for the attitude and the attempt to convey a message.
I'm just tired of hearing people say "I'll take you to the next level - if you just invest what I need"
I did it with a few previous ones before - I'm not saying you're like everyone else because you have no interest here to sell anything -you want to make partnership .
I do not believe in hard work- and i believe in work that is useful and effective - I try to play with the cards I have in my hand - whatever it is that is why I sent this message (I do not want to take your attention this way - but that it already says that I understand a thing or two in advertising - attention its the first step :] )
