Aliexpress account frozen

Hello,

Did any of you had trouble with aliexpress account verification? I've got 2 accounts blocked today, and need to wait 3-5 days for them to verify my credit card. In the mean times, orders are coming in and I'm not able to fulfill them. Any advice on how to speed verification up? Or any other possible solution on my problem?

Thanks

Don't know about this specifically, but it is a big holiday week in China right now, where very few people/companies are working.

This is normal for AliExpress. Unfortunately, they seem to do it at the absolute wrong time. I just followed what they asked, uploaded the photo verifications they needed, and 3 days later they unlocked my account. Not fun waiting though.

Another possible solution for your issue - try another Chinese ecom site!

There are many other Chinese ecommerce sites like Aliexpress to work with while you're trying to get back on, you might find they have much better pricing.

Many of your suppliers will be on multiple sites, so if you remember the suppliers you were using on Aliexpress, you can contact them through other means and work directly with them. Especially if you have a Wechat contact in the company who can fulfill your orders without going through Aliexpress.

1688.com is for domestic b2b in China, many of your suppliers will have their cheapest rates available on 1688. You can use those rates as a bargaining chip and increase your margins.

As CMDeal mentioned, it's a HUGE holiday here right now. It's one of the two "Golden Weeks" where the entire country shuts down for an entire week. Don't expect much from any Chinese company until October 8th, and even then, there will be a huge backlog of work when they get back.

Why do you need two accounts? I'd expect if you've used the same card in both its going to flag you.

@Zack thanks for recommendation, will definitely check it out.
@nick after I was locked on one acc, I've created another acc with another card

Zack (or others that know),

So it's safe to say that products aren't even shipping during the holiday weeks? Great info to know and keep in mind!

Shipping is a bit delayed, but not more than 2 days in our experience. Holiday is over tough, so no worries now
