Facebook targeting by ZIP code - No impressions?

Hey

I get no impressions when I target people by ZIP code.
Even when there are groups with 150k reach. Why?
What could be the problem & solution?

I usually start seeing impressions when bidding over $0.70. Now I'm bidding $2.0 without any impressions.

Could this be because I'm sending traffic to true.com offer which have very bad mywot reputation?

so try using a LP.

Watch it - true.com is a ban waiting to happen. Have an LP in there, cloak or both. Or don't run true.

Have a look at the CPM suggested bid and start with a CPC bid around there.
