Why is the Offer Payout Not Showing In Voluum? (5)

I can see the conversions but I cannot see the payout in Voluum, doesnt show me what I earned.

So i set up the offer in Voluum like this

http://network.com/?a=9999&c=9999&s1=TEST&S2={clickid}

And then in the Cake platform I go into the offer card and set this as my postback

Postback URL (Server Pixel):

http://voluumdomain.com/postback?cid...id=#tid#&et=40

I see all the clikcs and conversions but I dont see the $40 payout in Voluum

can someone tell me what im doing wrong?

The postback seems to be configured properly ... payout=#price# is the right one to use as long as I remember. Try to ask your AM whether they turned this parameter on actually, I'm not sure if it's enabled in cake by default.

and how about adding multiple pixels to an offer, can i just add them into the cards in cake like this?

for multiple accounts? can i just add a space and save them one at a time

I'm afraid cake only supports one pixel per offer or one global pixel for the whole account.

Hi @stayhumble,

If they do enable it by default and still you can't see the payout in Voluum, please make sure if in the "Custom conversions", in the "40" event type configuration you have ticked the option "Include in the revenue column". Only when selected, custom conversions revenue will be added to main 'Revenue' column.
