How to set up my landing pages?

Hi All.

So I am now ready to start using landing pages. I will be using them for Pop Ads. (Currently working with Mobidea, Propeller Ads and Voluum)
I have signed up to Adplexity.
Bought a domain through LCN.com
Got a VPS server through Liquid Wed.

I was wondering if someone can help me or if there is a step by step guide. to:
- Connect The Domain to the VPS
- How to upload the Landing Page I downloaded from Adplexity to my server.
- How I put my unique link on to the landing page.
- How I set all of this up so it all works in line with mobidea, voluum and Propeller ads.

Thanks

I guess Caurmen and Zeno’s posts below might be helpful:

Hi Marc,

I am in the exact same situation that you are in so I am very anxious to see the answers you will get.

I didn't think the links Platinum provided was able answer your questions.

I tried searching the forum and I also couldn't find any step by step guide that teaches us how to rip landers from Adplexity, scrub what needs to be scrub to work with our offers, and launch thru Pop traffic.

Hmm... it looks like you're using the managed vps version of liquid web. I was checking the pricing and it looks a bit high if you're going to use it just to host landers. Anyway, if you like it better than hosting static HTML landers on a CDN or cheaper unmanaged VPS server, it's up to you

- Connect The Domain to the VPS
Have you checked knowledge LW knowledge base documentation? This guide here should help you achieve that.

- How to upload the Landing Page I downloaded from Adplexity to my server.
Enable FTP access on your server, then you can upload landers using an ftp client like FileZilla or whatever one suits your better needs.

- How I put my unique link on to the landing page.
After uploading your landers in a specific subdomain or subfolder of your root domain you can copy lander's directory address and paste it in Voluum.

- How I set all of this up so it all works in line with mobidea, Voluum and Propeller ads.
To put it all together I think Amy has already covered everything in these guide series

Lastly, if you're not using a hosted tracking platform or looking to run server-side code/scripts that will require a server necessarily, for basic HTML landers a CDN is pretty fine. Also to have your landers bullet fast from your servers, you might want to configure additional CDN services to them.

Check out caurmen's guide on using CDN only to host landers, might be worth giving a try

Probably wont be the most popular suggestion, but I'd suggest getting a refund from liquidweb (make up some excuse if they dont have a policy) and get an account with some cheaper hosting. The shared plan from beyond hosting or one of the cheaper m3server plans should be find while you figure things out.

Google/youtube cloudflare and follow guides to get this setup with your domain

I agree with Nick. And if you really want to go the cheap route, you can host/store your landers on Amazon S3 - that plus how to use Amazon Cloudfront (CDN) to serve your pages fast are covered here:

https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...-Cost-Way-Ever!

This tutorial covers how to set up both hosting (Amazon S3) + CDN (Amazon Cloudfront). Hope that helps!
