Newbie question: how to test an offer properly?

So I launched a couple of campaigns with landers in different GEOs. So far, with over hundred clicks, no conversion. I wanted to make sure the offers are set up properly, so I used VPN to change my IP address to the right GEO and clicked on the offer through the landers. But I was redirected to many different things and none of them were the offers for the campaign.

The offers are from AdworkMedia and Mobidea.

Please help!

There are GEO and/or Carrier redirects on those offers, so unless you have a SIM card from the required carrier, you will have a hard time loading the actual offer url.

A 100 clicks is not that much, so it's quite normal to not have a conversion. Unless these are very qualified banner clicks for example. In case of POPs, it's absolutely normal. I guess you are directlinking too ... so really, nothing special to be without a conversion.

At this point, you need to make sure that you are buying just that traffic that has a chance to convert - so proper carrier and GEO. It might be worth it to run a BOT test too ... carrier traffic is less poluted with bots, but it got a bit worse lately there as well.

Oh, that certainly answered my question. Thanks! I'll keep running the offer then.

Hi matuloo, I checked the details for the offer, it says 'Users connected via 3G and Wifi'. So would it be possible for me to use VPN + Wifi to connect to the offer page?

If there are no other targeting options set then that should be ok. Have a look at the following threads:

https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...le-Live-Spying
https://stmforum.com/forum/showthrea...eal-offer-link

They should help shed light on multiple options for testing your offers.
