Need help on FB Ads for shopify store

Hi everybody,

i am testing currently 11 products on Facebook ads (all the 11 products are on a general Shopify store i have). Yesterday was the first day for my ads (i was struggling with Facebook disabling my ad account twice due to suspicious activity as they say).

I spent only yesterday a total of 400$ on Facebook ads and i had 0 sales but many add to carts. This is what i don't understand many add to carts but no sales.

Product 1 : 1 add to cart
Product 2 : 1 add to cart
Product 3 : 2 add to cart
product 6 : 1 add to cart
product 7 : 1 add to cart
product 8 : 2 add to cart
product 9: 0 add to cart
product 10: 0 add to cart
Product 11: 1 add to cart

But total sales = 0

I checked my store on mobile and desktop and all is working fine (in fact i did 1 sale one week ago for product 1 before Facebook disabled my ad account for the first time due to suspicious activity on the account as they say).

My store is clean with a logo and all the necessary pages (privacy, shipping info, contact us, etc.....)

Can you please help or any suggestions how to fix this problem of many add to cart but 0 sales ?

I got many FB Ads courses, and for every product i am creating many ad sets each ad set targets only one interest.

I am letting the ads live so i can after 2 or 3 days stop the ad sets that are not getting add to carts.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi guys,

for product 7 i had today (second day of testing compaigns) 1 add to cart that was completed to 1 sale. So it proves that my store is working (no technical problems). is it normal to have many add to cart ? with 0 or 1 sale ?

Abondoned carts are normal. There are plugins to automatically email those customers to follow up and close the sale.
To little info to give you more input, sorry.

Yeah, abandoned carts are normal, but generally indicate some kind of problem with your checkout. Could be confusion, could be a trust issue, could be something else.

How much trust messaging are you doing? Trust badges, guarantees, etc?

I agree with this, also what payment gateway are you using? I've had this issue when using bad gateways, and no paypal.
