I’new to AM.
I followed vortex’s newbie first step thread to register propellerAds.
Because my network of connecting to propellerAds is unstable so I tried several credit cards to deposit, unfortunately they were all failed except last time($100)
After about two days my propellerAds account was suspended and their support told me provide credit cards’ photocopy which shows my name and card number , and I did it ,I’ve sent TWO entity credit cards’ photocopy with SAME owner name to them. Now their support told me to provide other two virtual credit cards info which I tried to deposit ago.
I think it’s enough to approve my identity, credit cards info are my privacy info, I don’t want to provide so much infos.
Also I verified my phone number by sms.
Could I think Propeller Ads trouble me intentionally?
What can I do now? Any suggestions?
Sorry for my poor English
Thanks,
Propeller should have thousands of active users, so intentionally picking a user for no good reason would not be a productive approach on their end - I guess you have to take out this as a possible reason.
If your account is new and you are trying to add funds using several credit cards, that reasonably would attract their attention and request further verification. Getting back to the cards that failed to process the funding when you first tried. Did you check with the card issuer if there was any reason why the payment failed. It may happen some times that some banks don't react well on online payment processing.
Thanks for ur reply,I’ve sent some screenshots to propellerAds and they unsuspended my account
Platinum to the rescue!
Glad to know this has been resolved!
Another issue I've experienced is that deposits made to propeller was always tripping some alarm at my credit card company, where payments were rejected for no apparent reason in spite of regular and repeat deposits using the same credit card. Have had to call my bank quite a few times to remove the block so I could resume paying propeller.
They're a great source though so the trouble was worth it.
