hey folks.

this is my first post presenting one of the products I'm involved in and gladly I'm able to share it with you today.

I'm not gonna tell you what the bot technology is ( we've all seen it in action at Berlin - ManyChat's awesome presentation )
nor will I sell you a product.

Chatx for all WooCommerce shop owners - you need Wordpress ( we're currently working on more platforms, Shopify included - 1 f*#$ing click install and that's it )
is a bread winner from the moment you put it live.

Here's what it does:

1. the user comes to your store to buy something and adds $10k worth of Dracula's 1470s Spike Me Hard albums ( Vlad is actually mentioned in the above image -> we're from bloody Transylvania )
2. then an anonymous call from an unworthy creature disturbs this customer's attention
3. he/she leaves your beloved site to never return nor spend the beautiful money

PRO Tip: when stuff is added to the cart, we automatically prompt the user to: send this to messenger as well connecting the user with the bot

After x amounts of minutes, the Chatx bot reaches out on Facebook's Messenger and continues the sales process from the
moment your user left it off ( with the cart items still active ) and will actually try to sell more ( gradually we're getting there with NLP and AI )
than you intended.

There are the following benefits:
1. there's 0 upfront cost, we charge 2% of the recovered cars - tell me who in this world charges $200 to get you back $10k worth of shopping ( hint: nobody )
2. the message open rate varies from 50% to 95% depending on how aggressive we / you decide to be -> meaning the users actually get to be pitched
3. it's stupidly simple to install -> 1 click
4. you get more money out of the same traffic ( our beta users have been able to recover up to 25% of the abandoned carts - the site is https://bman.ro
5. the more users use the bot, the better the training for the AI, at 0 investment or effort on anyone's side
6. you don't need to hire an extra marketer ( sorry guys ) to do the remarketing / email camps to get the user back ( those work too, just laying out the possibilities )

I've been going back and forth ( as a tech person ) trying to figure out why wouldn't someone want to use Chatx and so far I literally found 0 reasons
since it makes sense from every point of view BUT do write in the comments what you think and any feedback is appreciated ( since am biased given I'm involved in the project )

The plugin is already live on wp.org and more and more users are installing the plugin, testing it out, asking the team
questions on how they can leverage it to make more money out of their existing customers.

This is a Wordpress plugin for WooCommerce that let's you connect your shop with our Facebook Messenger bot to reclaim
abandoned carts. Fair enough?

Later edit: we won 2nd place at this year's Techsylvania event, the biggest tech event in Eastern Europe.

First place was a dude with robots...that was too cool to beat.

After the show, one of the LiveRail co-founders and a buddy of mine, Sergiu Biris, joined the team.

In case you were in a cave jn the past 4 years, LiveRail was acquired by Facebook for roughly 500M.

techwise I am not that savy with WP and WooCommerce, our CEO is. in short via the existing hooks in WP and the cart tokens. when the fb user is matched in the db we also match the following transactions.
