Adwords Get Suspend Within A SEC

Hello Mates

I am doing CPA and i use Adword as a traffic source but my adwords getting suspend very fast most of them at Payment Reason, I am using Payeer For Vcc and creating my new Landing with the new Domain name as well as new RDP for Each offer but its not working for me can you guys give me some pro tips ?
I am not using Cloaking right.

Ideally you should use a real credit card and not a VCC

It is better to use a real card. Only I recently had a problem with the card, a double check of funds within a day. I got in touch with the support, the check was made. Did you contact Google support?

Use fresh vps each time You need Fresh domain , fresh card , fresh everything . On the vps make a MCC account then make 1 account inside add billig and leave it for 24 hours. then add campaign must be completely white hat at this stage no dogey keywords or no dodgey words in ad text. you need to waym it for 3-4 days on white hat only then you add blackhat after you have had clicks and impressions for some days i can also provide an unlimited supply of vcc your first one for free so you can test what i i taught you is not bs. pm me or leave your skype here

using good vcc is not the issue no diffrent to using real cards. what if i told you you can get a random address and put as your billing address, a random address a random name a random number it doesnt matter 2-3 billing is not checking your billing i run accounts name John doe trust me.

maybe someone could help me run some offers or something i can set accounts all day as ive been failing and trying for weeks on ends so i no what works and what doesn't work for account creation but offers is totally new to me.

I will add both of you when i get back indoors on the desktop. Also forgot to say when you get suspicious payment message its automatic bot response you have a chance to appeal the decision and lot of the time you can get the account reinstated.
