I was wondering how you guys achieve approval rate of 90 or 100%? Because in other COD networks like AdCombo and Leadbit, approval rate is about 40-50%. So what different thing you guys are doing?

Its all about qualifying a conversion.. Lets say the conversion is phone submit + name.
Example of how you can triger conversion:
- all form submits
- only form submits from unique IPs in last 24 hours (that really does a nice shave factor on certain 3g carriers
- phone number in valid format
- phone number HLRlook returns valid
- phone number immediate autodial is positive
- phone numer immediate autodial + IVR resposne is positive (eg phone system calls, says if you placed order now press 1 and we will call you back in XY.. press 1 - trigger.. no press .. no trigger)
- phone number + name is unique in db (no repeat customer)
- customer name matches alghoritm (eg looks valid)
- technical fingerprint matches data (eg browser, os etc)..

In short:
100% rate is either lower CPA or bigger shave.
There is no other option, its the law of physics.
