Great share from Facebook - this article by Jasper Kuria includes some specific examples regarding how Moz optimized their client's landing page, checkout etc, increasing direct sales by 91%.

Goes to show that on landing pages even minor tweaks could result in a tremendous increase in conversions. Great case study for continual testing of EVERYTHING!

YES EXACTLY! like charles ngo always says "imitate then innovate". Unfortunately people just imitate. Then that's it.

But with just a few tweeks you can literally go from a red/green campaign overnight.

This is a perfect example of the "standalone sales funnel" talked about in the Ecom Evolved book.

Full salesletter + upsells/downsells, instead of just a product page within an ecom store.

Everyone doing ecom needs to take advantage of these funnels!

Hey Amy,

Is there any particular platform you recommend for doing these types of funnels? I know ClickFunnels and Shopify are the popular ones (I use CF myself), but are there any that are better for the funnels that Tanner suggests in Ecom Evolved? I used BuiltWith to check out the technology profile of Protalus and it says that they are using Shopify. Curious on your thoughts.

Leadpages and Unbounce could also be something to look at.

Is there a link to the actual lander anywhere? Haven't had coffee yet maybe that's why I can't find it

Wanted to mention its possible that even just having the Shopify buy button on a page could trigger that with tools like BuiltWith. Haven't tested this myself but that's what my assumption would be. I've seen some really nice landers that don't use any landing page creation tools but then they have some code for setting up the link for direct checkout on Shopify. Just thought it was worth mentioning because some of those pages would probably be easier to create in certain tools rather than think you can do it entirely with Shopify. Although I will say I've heard really good things about Shogun app for Shopify it's supposed to be a great page builder but not sure if it's easy to create the direct response style we're all usually looking for.

What's really neat is that on the homepage, you'll find a testimonial from the author of "Ecom Evolved" himself. I find that coincidence pretty awesome!

It's quite intuitive - the drag-and-drop interface is similar to Clickfunnels. It's capable of handling complex funnels:
