Hello everyone,
I have 15k targeted leads, most of them being a male and all of them related to cars. Looking a way to monetize that, and would like to find someone who is good enough with email marketing in order to help me.

I think you will need to be more specific. Which geo? How was the list built? Opt in? Double opt in? Deliverability confirmed?
Gotta check for exact data, but 85% at least are USA, rest are Canadians. I'm selling car related (e)product, and mail is obtained after purchase, because product is being delivered on mail. Product price is $25. Open to answer all your questions 
Some thoughts:
-Car insurance ("Want cheaper car insurance?") or even car+home insurance bundles may be a start.
-If you can't find someone to partner up with, consider doing it yourself. Register a new email account, then use it to sign up to related email sequences for products in the same niche, wait a month for emails to roll into your inbox. I'm not suggesting to rip these but you'll get lots of inspiration.
-Target only a part of your 15k list at first and monitor your unsubscribe rates after each email you send out to get an idea on what people like and don't like, and tweak accordingly, before releasing the same emails to the rest of your subscribers.
