Do you think the newbie has a reason to attend an event in Moscow?
My experience in the world of Internet marketing comes from my private label on Amazon, which is what I want most in the process of feeling something beyond the screen, I think it would have given me a huge inspiration to see successful people and the lifestyle that i want for myself , to meet other affiliates its will be great for my new way , to learn more - In these wonderful parties of stm, on the other hand, I do not know how well I should be to not feel like black duck, I will be the only new one there? And everyone there super affiliate?

Everyone is not a superaffiliate, for sure. So you don't have to worry about that.
However, the Moscow event is very focused on the Russian market, so I am not sure if it will be that much of a benefit to you, especially if you don't speak Russian. The parties are pretty crazy though, haha.
More seriously, the event you probably should attend is Affiliate World Asia, as that is focused on global market. It is probably THE event to attend if you had to pick only one conference a year.
Any event is usually better than no event.
If I would have to rank though, I'd say Affiliate World Asia is best, because of the professional side of things but also because it's Bangkok/Thailand so you can always setup a vacation for anyone's taste alongside the conference trip.
