Looks like there are quite a few Affiliates in and around LA. It will be great to connect and meetup with y'all.
Since the thread is only 2 days old, I would say lets plan atleast 2 weeks in advance, giving more Affiliates to get to know about the event. And everyone else gets enough time to schedule.
Also since we are all spread out and LA being LA. I would recommend somewhere in the middle and please feel free to recommend/suggest.
Date Options:
1. Friday, September 29th - 5:00 PM onwards.
2. Saturday September 30th - 5:00 PM onwards.
3. Friday, October 6th - 5:00 PM onwards.
4. Saturday, October 7th - 5:00 PM onwards.
Location Options:
1. Santa Monica
2. Manhattan Beach
3. Burbank
4. Any other central location....

hey guys i'd like to join this as well. i'm in studio city. all of those dates work for me -- i can do 6:00 PM onwards and of course like location option 3 as it's close to me, but i can meet y'all wherever you're at. let me know!
Sept 30, Burbank are my preferences. But I'm good whenever!
Sept 29th and 30th work for me - any location 
October 6th-7th work for me. Anywhere you guys meet I will be there

Looks like we are all very much spread out and Burbank seems to be a good place central to everyone who replied.
Saturday seems to be the Best Day to meet given the Friday traffic.
